Real Estate and Tenant Turnover Cleaning Services in the Greater Kalamazoo and Battle Creek Area

Whether you are a Seller, Landlord or Property Manager, you realize the impact of having high quality and detailed cleaning services to insure quick turnover, reducing vacancies and improving revenue. It’s also important to be consistent with your cleaning protocol so all your rental units get the same quality of service.

Every seller wants to sell their home quickly, but doesn’t always have the time to do the dirty work of cleaning. Detailing a home is just as important as detailing a car before selling it. So the importance of getting the smallest of details bright and clean can make the difference in a buyer’s eyes.

Green Circle Cleaning uses a Detailed Cleaning Job Form, listing out exact details of what actions are to be completed in each home. Utilizing this tool, we have been successful at making clients’ homes market ready and improving the speed of sale.
