No, we provide all cleaning materials and equipment necessary to clean your house, however, if you prefer we use a special cleaner that you supply, we will be happy to do so. All of our supplies are environmentally friendly.

We welcome feedback from our customers and we’re not satisfied if you’re not. We guarantee our service and want to make sure you are left with a clean home and a smile. If you are not completely satisfied with the cleaning, please call us within 24 hours of the job completion. We will return to your house within 48 hours and re-clean all disputed areas.

If you are home during the cleaning, please let the team know before they leave so they can assure the job gets done.

Green Circle Cleaning never subcontracts or uses independent contractors to clean your home and we carry liability insurance that protects you if an accident or injury happens on your property.

We request that you are home to meet your clean team for the first initial clean. This allows you to show your team any specific focus areas or individual needs. You are welcome to leave after meeting your team and let them get cleaning your home.

After your first meet and greet, you do not need to be home, although of course you’re welcome to be.

Many of our customers provide us with a key to their home and, when necessary, alarm codes. We keep your keys and access information extremely secure with a detailed coded security system.

One of our goals is to provide consistency and make every effort to provide you with the same Clean Team for each visit. However, every employee is extensively trained with the same effective and efficient cleaning techniques to provide consistency.

We treat your home and belongings with care and respect. In the unfortunate event that a breakage occurs, we will promptly make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced.
